I co-authored a book with Paul Horton of Apidae Honey which is a great beekeeping book with a focus on honey production. It is hopefully going to become a classic, as it was inspired by two great books from the past (Honey Farming by R.O.B Manley and Honey By The Ton by Oliver Field) – time will tell!

Interviews With Beekeepers
This was my first book, based on interviews with some important beekeepers (in my opinion) in the USA, New Zealand, France and the UK, in 2017-2018. I clocked up a great many air miles and met some wonderful people. Hopefully, their wisdom and experience come across in this book, which is unlike anything else in print.
